We are a multi service, family operated, business that offers handyman, lawn service, ride and delivery, technical, and other services to the people of Crooks, SD. We offer a unique pricing structure that puts our clients more in control of the cost.

Dan gave up his life in law enforcement in order to be a better father to his children and has since developed many trades skills that he hopes to pass on and use to help those in the community. |

Pricing and Costs:
At first, we tried to offer our services to the community while charging $0 service call and labor. While we still do not charge a service call fee, we must still show the state that we are an active business. Clients are only billed $1 per hour for labor time.
Clients will be charged for the cost of any parts and materials which may be required to complete their request. For example, if the client requests a few deck boards to be replaced, they will be billed for the cost of the boards and parts needed at the end of the job. In order to keep costs as low as possible for our clients, there is a zero % mark-up on parts and materials. If it costs us $75 in materials to replace boards, you will pay $75.
• Schedule Service:
o Clients can schedule us for any of the services offered via our web site booking system. Simply select the service, date and select a time.
o Emails will be delivered to the clients with confirmations.
• Starting the Job:
o We will arrive at the time and date selected by the client to complete the work.
o Depending on the size or project the client requested, the process may take several times to complete.
o We will remain in contact with the clients and keep them informed.
• Billing:
o Once the job is completed, clients will receive an invoice in their email.
o Clients can pay for services through the invoice.
• Tips:
o As we only charge $1 per hour for services the client will be able to leave a non-taxable tip when they pay their invoices.
o Tips are not required but if the clients feel we did a good job, we would certainly appreciate tips to help keep the services running!
